Refund Policy

Qontect follows a transparent refund approach for eligible subscription and service charges, based on the agreed billing plan.

Eligibility: refund requests are reviewed for duplicate charges, failed provisioning, or billing errors.

Timeline: approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

Non-Refundable Cases: consumed custom implementation work and completed one-time setup services are generally non-refundable.
